About Millie Thorpe
My Philosophy
I believe it is important for all to learn the fundamentals of swimming and water safety. Each lesson is designed and tailored for each group or individual to be able to learn, have fun & to be safe when in and around the water.
My Background
From a young age I was fascinated by anything to do with the water from scuba diving through to competitive swimming. It was this passion that drove me to want to share what I had learnt with others.
After the leaving cert I finished my lifeguard qualification and started work in a leisure Center in Bantry. This experience soon lead to me completing my first swim teaching qualification and I’ve been teaching ever since.

Currently running weekly/fortnightly Swimming Lessons for people of all ages and abilities. Times, locations and prices may vary.
